Last updated: January 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your engagement of services provided by Dog Doody Patrol LLC, a Michigan-based pet waste removal company serving the Greater Grand Rapids area. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging Dog Doody Patrol LLC for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

2. Services

Dog Doody Patrol provides pet waste removal and related services including residential yard cleanup, one-time cleanups, bucket service, sanitizing and deodorizing treatments, and commercial property services. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

3. Scheduling and Access

By scheduling service, you authorize Dog Doody Patrol to access the designated areas of your property on the agreed service dates. You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the service area, including unlocked gates. We are not responsible for incomplete service caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on yard size, number of dogs, and service frequency. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual conditions. Residential customers are invoiced on a regular billing cycle. Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly with Net-15 or Net-30 payment terms as agreed. Overdue balances may result in service suspension.

5. Cancellations

We do not require long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel service at any time with reasonable advance notice. We ask that cancellations be communicated before your scheduled service day. We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or other reasonable cause.

6. Pets and Property

You agree to secure pets in an area separate from the service area during each visit. Dog Doody Patrol is not responsible for pets that escape during service if the gate or access point was not properly secured prior to our arrival. We exercise care on your property but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dog Doody Patrol carries General Liability insurance. In the event of a claim, our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kent County, Michigan.
